BaseHV Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on basehv.com (the "Site"), operated by Novavirt Inc.

We kept this short and accurate on purpose. This Site does not run marketing or advertising trackers, and we're not going to describe cookies we don't actually use.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They can be used for functional purposes (like keeping a site working correctly and securely) or for tracking purposes (like following your activity across sites for advertising).

2. What This Site Actually Uses

We do not directly set any cookies of our own. We haven't built any login system, shopping cart, or personalization feature on this Site that would require it.

Cloudflare. This Site's DNS is managed through Cloudflare, but Cloudflare's proxy/CDN layer is not currently active for this Site. This means Cloudflare is not sitting between your browser and this Site's traffic, and is not setting any cookies on your device as part of normal operation.

Railway (hosting). Railway, our hosting provider, does not set cookies on visitors to this Site as part of standard hosting. It logs standard server-side technical request data (see our Privacy Policy for details), which is a different thing from a cookie — it happens on Railway's servers, not stored on your device.

3. Managing Cookies

Because this Site does not set marketing or tracking cookies, there isn't much to opt out of here. If you'd like to control cookies generally (including any minimal functional cookies set by Cloudflare's infrastructure), you can do so through your browser settings — most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect basic site functionality on some websites, though it's unlikely to affect this Site meaningfully given its minimal footprint.

4. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add analytics, advertising, or additional functionality that changes what's described here, we'll update this policy and the "Last updated" date above — and where required by applicable law (such as in the EU/UK), we'll ask for your consent before any new tracking cookie is set.
